What Happens If You Cannot Redeem

twicely is designed to ensure that package transfers are completed smoothly. However, in rare cases, a buyer may not be able to redeem a purchased package. This page explains what happens in those situations.

If the Merchant Cannot Honour the Package

If the merchant confirms that the package cannot be redeemed or transferred, the buyer should contact twicely support immediately.

twicely will review the case and verify the details with the merchant. Our verification process ensures that both parties are protected.

If the package cannot be honoured, the transaction may be cancelled and the buyer refunded in full.

Redemption Timeline

Buyers are required to redeem their package within 10 days of purchase.

This rule ensures sellers receive payment in a timely manner.

If There Is a Dispute

twicely may step in to review the case if issues arise during redemption that cannot be resolved between parties.

Common Issues

1) Incorrect package information
2) Merchant refusing redemption despite approval
3) Listing inaccuracies

Resolution Process

Buyers and sellers may be asked to provide supporting information, such as screenshots or email correspondence, to resolve the matter fairly.

Our Goal

twicely aims to provide a safe and fair marketplace for buyers, sellers, and merchants.

While most transactions are completed smoothly, our team is available to help resolve issues if they arise.
