Redemption Process
Twicely uses a secure in-store redemption system to ensure that service packages are transferred safely and used by the correct customer. Redemption takes place directly at the merchant location when you visit to use your purchased service.
How Redemption Works

Purchase a Package
Payment is held securely by twicely until the moment you redeem in-store.

Visit the Merchant

Open Your Package
Navigate to My Purchases and select the specific service package you intend to use.

Swipe to Redeem
Simply swipe the ‘Redeem Package’ button on your screen when you are face-to-face with the merchant staff.

OTP Verification
Show the generated OTP to merchant staff. This verifies the correct customer, the correct location, and ensures a successful transfer.

Redemption Complete
The seller receives payment automatically, and you are officially registered as the merchant’s customer. The transaction is finalized with zero friction.

Redemption Window
10 days limit
Your package must be redeemed within 10 days of purchase. This ensures that merchants can manage their capacity and service quality effectively.
Important Notes
In-store only
Redemption cannot be done remotely. It requires physical presence at the merchant location.
OTP required
Never share your OTP over the phone. Only show it to staff during the final step of redemption.
Irreversible Transaction
Once the OTP is verified and redemption is complete, the transaction is finalized.
