This policy governs the transfer of service package ownership between users on the twicely marketplace. twicely enables the resale of unused service packages by facilitating the transfer of package ownership from a seller to a buyer, subject to merchant approval and platform verification. All users participating in package transfers must comply with the rules outlined in this policy.
A package transfer refers to the change of ownership of a service package from the original purchaser (seller) to another user (buyer).
“Upon successful redemption of the transferred package, the buyer becomes the recognised customer of the service provider for that package.”
twicely acts solely as the platform facilitating the transfer process.
Package transfers are subject to the policies of the service provider, and Twicely classifies merchants into the following categories:
Merchants may impose administrative fees or volume limits on transfers. These are independent of platform service fees.
Proof of identification may be required for both parties to satisfy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

twicely will make reasonable efforts to capture and display known merchant transfer terms where available. However, such terms are determined by the merchant and may change from time to time.
twicely does not guarantee that all merchant-specific transfer requirements are fully reflected on the platform.
If a listing is rejected due to lack of merchant approval, sellers may submit written confirmation from the merchant permitting the transfer of the package.
twicely may review this documentation before allowing the listing to proceed.
