How to Sell on twicely
Turn unused service packages into cash by listing them on the twicely marketplace.
twicely verifies package transfers and ensures listings follow fair pricing guidelines to protect buyers, sellers, and merchants.
1. Access Your Seller Dashboard
Log in to your twicely account.
Click on your profile icon to access your dashboard, where you can manage listings, track status, and view transactions.
From the dashboard, select Sell a Package to create a new listing.
2. Crafting Your Listing
Merchant Identity
Select the registered merchant where the package was originally purchased.
Session Tally
Accurately list remaining sessions and the original total session count.
Proof of Purchase
Upload a clear photo or screenshot of your digital package dashboard or physical card.
Expiry Date
Must match the merchant’s records. Packages expiring within 30 days are prioritized.

4. Listing Review & Status
Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed by the twicely team. You can check the status of your listing anytime in your dashboard.
Once approved, the listing becomes visible in the marketplace for buyers to discover. Buyers may also reach out through chat if they have questions about your package.

The Fair Pricing Rule
Twicely is a marketplace for redistributing unused value, not for profit. Our algorithm enforces a **Pro-rated Ceiling Price**.
No Profit Rule
You cannot list a package for more than the original per-session cost.
Pro-rated Math
We calculate the fair value based on remaining sessions and time left until expiry.
6. When Your Package Sells
Payment is held securely in Twicely Escrow. The buyer has a 10-day window to redeem the package with the merchant.
7. Receive Your Payment
Once the 10-day period passes, funds are released to your wallet. Withdraw instantly via Bank Transfer or PayNow.
